Are you aware of all the benefits of joining a union? Students may ask their teacher about whether nor not they can or should join a union.
Teachers are often the first person students think of to ask about unions and the benefits of joining one.
Very often the first contact students will have with union members and the activities of a union is via their teachers. Many, perhaps most, students will experience union activity through the actions of their own teachers and through reports in the media.
Often students will ask about unions and their activities, or they may undertake units of work in various courses (e.g. Business Studies, Community and Family Studies, Commerce) which directly talk about unions and unionism.
